The context
An essential workforce, underserved
Urban road sweepers keep our cities clean, yet they work under high-risk conditions with little protection or recognition: daily exposure to dust, long hours of physical strain, and inadequate footwear that leads to injury and fatigue.

Our model
A holistic, human-centred approach
Material support
A pair of quality sneakers, a facemask, and a food pack (rice, garri, sugar, cooking oil, tomato paste and salt) for every beneficiary.
Health & education
Posture and body-mechanics sessions led by a chiropractor, plus health awareness and safety education tailored to sweepers' daily realities.
Social & emotional care
Shared meals, music and engagement, and motivational encouragement, because dignity is restored in how people are made to feel, not only what they receive.
