Our Foundation
Our Vision
What We See
“To create a compassionate, equitable world where every individual, regardless of their profession or background, has access to the basic essentials they need to live with dignity and thrive.”
Our Mission
What We Do
“Our mission is to uplift and empower marginalized communities by providing basic essentials, starting with the individuals who contribute to the cleanliness and well-being of our cities.
We aim to enhance their quality of life through direct support, advocacy, and raising awareness of their needs. As we grow, we are committed to extending our services to a broader spectrum of underprivileged individuals, fostering a more inclusive and caring society for all.”
Our Story
It started by walking with the people who walk our streets.
AEKE Foundation was born from a simple but profound observation. The men and women who keep our cities clean are among the most overlooked members of our society. Street sweepers and sanitation workers show up every day, often before dawn, to ensure the rest of us can live in clean, healthy environments.
We started by asking a basic question: what do these individuals need to do their jobs safely and with dignity? The answer led us to our first initiative, Sneakers for Sweepers, and from there, a commitment to building something larger.
As we grow, we are committed to extending our services to a broader spectrum of underprivileged individuals, fostering a more inclusive and caring society for all.
